Morden Wharf

Planning is underway and due for submission to the Royal Borough of Greenwich in early 2025 for a vibrant new neighbourhood at Morden Wharf offering retail, community and commercial spaces, a generous public park and much needed new homes in a range of types, sizes and tenures.

The 13.8 acre site occupies a key location in the Royal Borough of Greenwich where the existing East Greenwich neighbourhood meets the emerging context of the Greenwich Peninsula. Galliard Homes in collaboration with City Developments Limited (CDL) appointed Cowen+Partners towards the end of 2023 to develop proposals for their newly obtained Morden Wharf site in Greenwich Peninsular, London. The riverside masterplan, located close to London’s O2 arena will seek to redevelop the former Industrial site to provide circa 1500 new homes set within a newly landscaped riverside park.
