United Kingdom Apartment Association annual conference 2018

The United Kingdom Apartment Association is the leading pressure body for the UK’s Build to Rent sector. The UKAA annual conference was held in November 2018, with professionals across the Build to Rent sector discussing a range of topics that addressed the challenges and opportunities it faces.

Jo chaired the panel discussion: “Alternatives – Beyond Generation Y”, where the panel looked outside of the millennial market to new rented sectors including Later Living, Co-Living, Serviced and Short Lets and Rent to Buy. She was joined by Anil Khera of Node Living, James Lemon of Hostmaker, Honor Barratt of Birchgrove and Dolphin Living’s Olivia Harris.
