London Real Estate Forum 2018

One of property’s most renowned industry events is the London Real Estate Forum, which was held in June 2018

Supported by the Mayor of London and hosted by the City of Westminster, the 2018 conference investigated how rapid technological, economic and societal changes are impacting the world of real estate and in particular their impact on designing, building and managing cities.

Jo was asked to take part in a roundtable discussion hosted by New London Architecture and chaired by CBRE’s Peter Victor, which asked the question: Flexibility and the office – what do we really need to change?

Joined by nine other contributors which included representation from HB Reavis, British Land and Derwent Land, Jo was asked to share her view on how the property industry can provide true flexibility for all business sizes at a variety of price points. Other discussion topics examined what the industry was finding difficult to get right and what kind of flexibility businesses look for today.
