Cowen+Partners joins Real Estate Balance

We are pleased to share that we have recently joined Real Estate Balance – the industry member body campaigning for equity, diversity and inclusion.

Real Estate Balance was formed in 2015 to address gender imbalance at senior levels in real estate businesses. Since then, it has expanded to address underrepresentation when it comes to ethnicities and social backgrounds in our industry.

It aligns with our own commitment to helping shape society to give everyone a fair chance to succeed.
