Technical and Delivery

At Cowen+Partners we are involved in the design of residential buildings which would fall under the Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) category and as an organisation we offer the BRPD services to our clients.

Every aspect of our design is grounded in thorough quality management procedures centred on technical competence. Cowen+Partners has established a specialised technical services team that supports and consults with our design teams during the development process, in addition to reviewing all projects before they reach the planning application and construction phases.

On the 1st of October 2023 the Building etc (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023 came into force, setting clear direction on the implementation of the new regulatory regime introduced under the Building Safety Act 2022 also known as BSA 2022.

Our technical services team guarantees that projects adhere to all applicable regulations, including planning permissions, listed building consents, and Building Regulations. This ensures that clients can trust that essential considerations such as fire and life safety, sustainability, and accessibility are integrated into our design process from the outset.
