Cowen+Partners appoints Billy Rollo as Director of Delivery

We are delighted to welcome Billy Rollo to Cowen+Partners as our new Director of Delivery.

With over 20 years’ experience in architecture and the wider construction industry, Billy brings a powerful blend of design insight, technical expertise, and assured leadership. His background spans large scale commercial, major sports and hospitality venues, and complex residential projects – bringing extensive main‑contractor design‑management experience across large scale residential.

In his new role, Billy will lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment across programme, budget, technical coordination and compliance. Known for his collaborative approach and steady leadership style, he builds trusted relationships and drives projects forward with clarity, efficiency, and lasting value.
